New Jersey Lawyers Service requires a signed subscription agreement. Please fill in the information on this form and select your plan level. Check “I agree to the terms and conditions” and click on Register. This will create a subscription agreement that you need to print and sign and fax to (908) 686 5583. Within one business day you will hear from a member of our team who will activate your account and assign a pick up time for the courier to stop at your location. You can then login and start creating deliveries.

 Rate Schedule (Effective 2009)

Please select your plan Level. All service plans higher than Level 0 include a New Jersey Lawyers Service courier stopping at your location every day to pick up packages. Plan Level 0 does not include this service and only includes the use of New Jersey Lawyers Service Drop Boxes. The plan levels indicate the number of packages included in the monthly rate; packages above the plan level will be charged at the additional item rate for the selected plan level. The rates are for standard next day delivery within New Jersey. Priority, Out of State and Process Service are charged according to the rate schedule below.
